On October 14, 2023, iamALIVE, inc. will be hosting the Empower and Elevate event, a platform dedicated to education, empowerment, and engagement in addressing the critical issue of bullying. As a vendor, you will play a vital role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and compassionate environment for everyone. Your participation will not only showcase your commitment to social change but also provide valuable resources that contribute to the betterment of our community. We welcome your partnership in creating a future where understanding and respect prevail, helping us shape a world free from the impacts of bullying. We appreciate your interest in participating as a vendor at the iamALIVE, Inc. Empower and Elevate event. To ensure a successful and harmonious event experience, please review and adhere to the following policies:

• Limited Vendor Spaces: Vendor spaces are limited and subject to availability.
• Alignment with Event Mission: Vendors must align with the event's mission, which includes addressing bullying, empowering youth, promoting inclusivity, and creating a safe environment for all participants. Your products and services should contribute positively to these goals.
• Liability and Responsibility: iamALIVE, Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility for accidents, incidents, or effects caused by vendor products. Each vendor is responsible and liable for their products and their effects on patrons.
• Registration Fee: Vendors are required to pay a nonrefundable registration fee of $25 before reserving vending space. Vendor space locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. While management assigns initial spaces based on product suitability, vendors can request a different space, although it's not guaranteed.
• Equipment and Setup: Each vendor will receive one table and two chairs as part of their registration. Event space access begins at 9:00 am on the event day. Setup can be completed between 9:00 am and 10:45 am. Vendors must have their vending tables set up by 10:45 am. The event concludes at 1:00 pm, followed by breakdown until 2:00 pm.
• Check-In and Space Assignment: All vendors must check in at the vendor check-in area before setting up. An official will guide you to your designated space.
• Monetary Transactions: Onsite monetary transactions are not allowed. Vendors can provide a QR code linking to their online product page for customers to make payments.
• Giveaway Donation: Each vendor is required to donate an item for event giveaways.
• Electronic Equipment Needs: If you require electrical outlets for electronic equipment, please specify your needs in the agreement.
• Compliance with Laws: Vendors must adhere to all relevant laws and regulations related to their products, services, and business operations.
• Food and Beverage Vendors: Food and beverage vendors are not permitted.
• Sound Levels: Loud music is prohibited at your vending area to maintain a comfortable atmosphere for all attendees.
• Cleanliness and Inspection: Vendors agree to leave their vending area in the same condition as received. All items must be disposed of properly. Vending areas will be inspected before setup and after takedown.

VENDOR INFORMATION

By signing this contract, the undersigned applicant acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein for participation as a vendor at the 2023 Empower and Elevate event hosted by iamALIVE, Inc. The applicant understands and acknowledges that iamALIVE, Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility for accidents, incidents, or effects caused by vendor products. Each vendor is solely responsible and liable for their products and any resulting effects on patrons.

Furthermore, the applicant understands that termination of this contract for any reason, including breaches of this agreement, will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid. The applicant agrees to provide all necessary equipment for their booth's operation, to ensure the area is left clean and free of refuse, and to indemnify and hold harmless iamALIVE, Inc., its agents, representatives, and affiliates against any liabilities arising from the conduct of the operations covered by this contract.

The applicant's signature below confirms that they have read, understood, and fully comprehended the information contained in this application, as well as the responsibilities associated with participating as a vendor at the 2023 Empower and Elevate event.
