**The Custom Vault – Terms and Conditions of Sale**All sales made by The Custom Vault are subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms. 1. **Refund Policy** Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of The Custom Vault. In the event of an error attributable to The Custom Vault, the customer agrees to allow the company the opportunity to correct the error prior to any consideration of a refund 2. **Order Finality** Once an order is submitted and payment is accepted, no changes may be made. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before finalizing their purchase 3. **Turnaround Time and Design Acknowledgment** By submitting payment, the customer confirms acceptance of the stated turnaround time and acknowledges that all custom designs are unique in nature. The Custom Vault does not guarantee identical replication of any design unless an exact design file is provided by the customer 4. **Design Fee** Should The Custom Vault be required to create a custom design, a non-refundable design fee of \$25.00 will apply. This fee includes up to two (2) revisions and must be paid in full before any mock-ups are delivered.5. **Cancellation Policy** If the customer elects to cancel an order after payment has been submitted, 50% of the total order amount will be retained by The Custom Vault as a cancellation fee.6. **Invoice Validity** All invoices are valid until the end of business on the day from the time of issuance. Failure to submit payment within this window will result in automatic cancellation of the order, and the customer’s position in the production queue may be forfeited.
