Important Event Details
Deposit
To secure event date a 1-person non-refundable event deposit is required. The deposit will be applied towards the Host event experience. The cost for each participant varies by event type.
After availability is confirmed, the host will be provided a private booking link for the non-refundable deposit and participant payments. The booking link will close 24 hours prior to event date. To properly plan for the event, we do not collect day-of-event payments.
Additional Details:
On-time participants will leave with products or have the option to receive by mail for a small shipping fee. There is also the option to pick-up product during normal business hours. We will hold product for up to 2-weeks.
Participants arriving after the 10-minute grace period may will only have the option of store pick-up or shipping.
Area metered parking is complimentary Monday – Friday after 5pm and all-day Saturday and Sunday. All other parking will be at the customers expense.
