    Our Pledge to You

  • It is our job to find the best value for you and to help ensure you don’t waste your money on the wrong vacation. A travel agency can sell as fast as possible, focusing on quantity over quality, keeping service to a minimum, and promoting only certain suppliers for bonuses.

We take a different approach. Good quality professional advice and service takes time, ensuring the vacation you receive will deliver to you the experience you are looking for. By charging a fee we create a fiduciary responsibility to you. So we're looking for the best deals for you, instead of what's best for us. If you are not satisfied with our services after you have traveled, you can take advantage of our fee-back guarantee.

For our custom itinerary development fee, the following is included:

WAIVED: $35 - $75 per person airfare service fee
WAIVED: our cancellation administration fee for the land itinerary
