Fort Moore Spouses Club Grant Application

The Fort Moore Spouses Club is dedicated to assisting various local organizations (non-profit or for-profit) by offering financial support towards special projects/events which benefit the Soldiers, retirees, DoD Civillians, and their families who reside on the installation and in the surrounding Georgia and Alabama counties. These funds are generated by the Fort Moore Thrift Store and various fundraising activities that the club organizes.

● Any organization serving the Fort Moore population may request assistance from the spouses club.
● Applications must be submitted by midnight, 15 February 2025. (Please note, this is earlier than prior years) Late applications will not be accepted.
● It is important that you provide ALL of the following information for your request for assistance to be considered.
● Decisions and notifications will be made on our around 19 April 2025. Please respond to your award email no later than 30 days after notification. Grant recipients will be invited to attend the awards ceremony held 21 May 2025 on Fort Moore.
● All notifications are made via email. Please ensure you put an accurate email and CHECK YOUR EMAIL.
● All funds need to be used by 01 February 2026
● All checks must be cashed within 30 days of receipt.
● Proof of project/event completion must be provided in order to request future grants from the Fort Moore Spouses Club.
