2026-2027 Fort Benning Spouses Club Grant Application

The Fort Benning Spouses Club is dedicated to assisting various local non-profit organizations by offering financial support towards special projects/events which benefit the Soldiers, retirees, DoD Civillians, and their families who reside on the installation and in the surrounding Georgia and Alabama counties. These funds are generated by the Fort Benning Thrift Store and various fundraising activities that the club organizes.

● Any organization serving the Fort Benning population may request assistance from the spouses club.
● Applications must be submitted by midnight, 10 February 2026. (Please note, this is earlier than prior years) Late applications will not be accepted.
● It is important that you provide ALL of the following information for your request for assistance to be considered.
● Decisions and notifications will be made on our around 22 April 2026. Please respond to your award email no later than 30 days after notification. Grant recipients will be invited to attend the awards ceremony held 03 May 2026 on Fort Benning.
● All notifications are made via email. Please ensure you put an accurate email and CHECK YOUR EMAIL.
● All funds need to be used by 01 February 2027.
● All checks must be cashed within 30 days of receipt.
● Proof of project/event completion must be provided in order to request future grants from the Fort Benning Spouses Club.
