Terms and Conditions* This field is required. Appointment Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure all tattoo appointments with Schrail. Deposits are only accepted once the tattoo concept, placement, size, pricing estimate, and appointment date have been fully discussed and confirmed directly with Schrail. The deposit is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo project and reserves your dedicated appointment time. For larger projects requiring multiple sessions, the deposit will automatically carry over to the following scheduled session until the tattoo is completed. Due to the amount of preparation, scheduling, and design time involved, all deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Please understand that appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. * Cancellations Any cancellation will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. * No-Shows Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior communication will result in the immediate loss of your deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook. * Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your appointment, ample notice is required. Approved reschedules are subject to a $150 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling requests made with insufficient notice may be treated as a cancellation and may result in loss of the deposit. Repeated cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings. Pricing Tattoo pricing is based on several factors including: * Size * Placement * Detail and complexity * Estimated session time * Multi-session projects Final pricing will be discussed and confirmed prior to booking. Artistic Style & Creative Direction Schrail specializes in high-end custom tattoo work with a focus on: * Black & Grey Realism * Portraits * Skulls * Statues * Dark Art * Religious Imagery * Custom Realism Concepts Clients booking with Schrail acknowledge and understand that artistic interpretation and creative direction are part of the process. Every tattoo is designed to complement the client’s anatomy while maintaining Schrail’s signature style and artistic standards. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for: * Arriving on time for their appointment * Being well-rested and properly hydrated * Following all provided aftercare instructions * Informing the artist of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to the appointment Failure to follow proper aftercare instructions may affect the final healed result of the tattoo.
