School Photography Pre-Order Form

All portraits will be captured with soft, flatting, high-end professional lighting. The style will vary by school/activity, as determined by collaboration with coaches and/or administrators. I take multiple photos of each student.

Do I need to Pre-order? No. You will be able to view and purchase your photos after picture day as digitals or prints. However those who pre-order will receive lower prices, faster delivery, and free shipping on fixed pre-order print packages.

Value alert! Those who pre-order the All Digitals package or higher will receive ALL keeper portrait images of their student (est. 2-6 per student, depending on the photo shoot), including buddy shots (if applicable)! All packages priced $30 and up include your digital images.

Digital images are high-resolution, suitable for printing yourself.

For Print and Digital packages, I will choose which photos to print based on my judgement. If you would like to choose your own images to print or substitute different sizes/quantities of similar value, I'm happy to accommodate reasonable requests -- just ask!

Note for non-sports portraits (school formalwear, etc): This order form is multi-purpose. If your photo shoot doesn't have a team photo (school pictures, etc), then I will substitute team prints with an individual print of the same size.

Prints and Digital - Small ($60 or $65):
- All of your "keeper" digital photos
- Individual prints: (5) 4x6 prints, (1) 5x7 print, (1) photo magnet

- Because all individual prints in this package are 5x7 or smaller, the team photo will be 5x7 unless upgraded to an 8x10. (It is much more expensive to ship an envelope with an 8x10 print than to ship an envelope with all 5x7s or smaller)

Private photo shoots for seniors and families

I'm pleased to offer free upgrades for my private photo shoots to families who pre-order their school sports photos and pay a deposit as part of their pre-order.

Senior and family private sessions are some of my favorite and most popular offerings. These sessions begin at $300 for a 45-minute one-location session and $550 for a 90-minute/two-location session.

Normally each 45 or 90-minute session includes the photography, gear and high-resolution digital downloads of your favorite 10 or 20 images (respectively). However I offfer a simple $50 or $75 upgrade to fully unlock your gallery, which normally includes much more than 10 images.

I require a $100 desposit to secure a private photo shoot. If you pay that $100 deposit now as part of your spring sports pre-order, I will upgrade you for free to a fully-unlocked gallery. It's a great way to save $50 or $75 if you know you plan to use me for senior/family photos.

Scheduling concerns? Your deposit will never expire.
