1. A letter describing your education and marine experience, community activity or institute involvement. (i.e. sports, student council associations, community service projects etc.);

2. Proof of Registry in the course as described above;

3. A concise and brief resume about yourself, together with your future educational and career goals;

4. Two letters of reference. One reference must relate to the most recent sea-phase of your course, if you have had such experience. The other may be non-marine related;

5. A transcript of marks for your study at BCIT; and,

6. A completed Budget Worksheet (click here to obtain a copy).

Note: Please do not send anything that has not been requested.

Completed applications must be received by 30th June, 2025.
