Terms and Conditions 條款與細節
By ticking the below checkbox, you agree to the following terms:
1. Validity: The Annual Pass is valid for one (1) year from the date of pass activation and is non-transferable.
2. Refund Policy: Annual fees are non-refundable.
3. Age Policy: For users under the age of 18, an annual pass may only be issued with the consent and signature of the minor's parent or legal guardian. When accessing the outdoor gym facilities, users under 17 must be accompanied by an adult. If this requirement is not fulfilled, our staff reserve the right to request that the user leave the premises. Additionally, the accompanying adult shall assume legal responsibility for the minor's obligations under this agreemnet.
4.Online Application: Upon completing the online application and payment, we will contact applicants via email. Annual Pass holders need to visit Player Lounge and finish verification and pass activation within 5 days.
5.Face-to-Face Application: For in-person applications, please complete the verification and payment process guided by our staff.
6.Training Package Discount: Discounts for training packages apply only to pass holders participating in our specific training program for the first time.
7. SPORTS bistro Discount: The discount for the SPORTS bistro applies solely to the standard menu and is not combinable with any other promotional discounts. This discount does not apply to group bookings of more than twenty (20) persons.
8. Free parking at GO PARK AQUA is available for the first 30 annual pass users. Management reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time, including during group booking events.
9. Voucher Applicability: The court usage vouchers are only applicable to regular padel courts and are not valid for covered padel courts.
10. Check-In Requirements: To gain entry to the player lounge and outdoor gym, pass holders must present a valid form of identification at check-in.
11. Annual Pass Holders Responsibility: Annual pass holders are responsible for maintaining a relaxing and quiet environment within the club facilities. If pass holders fail to comply, our staff reserve the right to request that they leave the facilities.
12. Food and Beverage Policy: All food and beverages provided within HONG KONG Padel Club powered by GO PARK Sai Sha are strictly for on-premises consumption and may not be removed. A charge will be incurred if any items are found to be taken away.
13. Adherence to Club Rules: All Annual Pass holders must comply with the club's rules and regulations at all times.
14. Revocation of Pass: HONG KONG Padel Club powered by GO PARK Sai Sha reserves the right to revoke the Annual Pass of any user found in violation of club policies.
15. Liability Waiver: HONG KONG Padel Club powered by GO PARK Sai Sha shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by Annual Pass holders while using the facilities.
16. Modification of Terms: HONG KONG Padel Club powered by GO PARK Sai Sha reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the facilities following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
17. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

3.年齡政策: 未年滿18歲的用戶，年票僅在其父母或法定監護人簽署同意書的情況下獲准購買及使用。進入戶外健身房時，未年滿17歲的用戶必須由成年人陪同才能享用該設施。如未能遵守，我們的工作人員有權要求用戶離開，且陪同者須對未成年人的本協議下的義務負法律責任。
4.線上申請：完成線上申請後，我們將通過電子郵件聯繫申請者。請用戶在5天內親臨貴賓室進行身份驗證及激活年票。
5.即場申請：如於即場申請，請在我們的工作人員指導下完成身份驗證及激活年票。
6.訓練套餐折扣: 訓練套餐的折扣僅適用於首次參加我們特定訓練計劃的用戶。
7.SPORTS bistro 餐廳折扣: SPORTS bistro 餐廳的折扣僅適用於標準菜單，且不可與其他促銷折扣同時使用。該折扣不適用於超過二十名（20）人的團體預訂。
8. 首30位年票用戶可享GO PARK AQUA免費停車位。管理層保留隨時終止此優惠的權利，包括在團體預訂活動期間。
9. 代金券適用範圍：場地使用代金券僅適用於一般板網球場，不適用於有蓋板網球場。
10.登記要求: 進入球員貴賓室和戶外健身房時，年票持有者必須在登記時出示有效的身份證明文件。
11.用戶責任：年票持有者有責任保持設施內輕鬆和安靜的環境。如用戶未能遵守，工作人員有權要求其離開設施。
12.食品和飲料政策: 球員貴賓室內提供的所有食品和飲料僅限於HONG KONG Padel Club powered by GO PARK Sai Sha內享用，不得帶走。如發現有物品被帶走，將收取相關費用。
13.遵守Club Lounge規則: 所有年票持有者必須始終遵守俱樂部的規則和條例。
14.年票的撤銷: HONG KONG Padel Club powered by GO PARK Sai Sha保留對任何違反俱樂部政策的年票用戶撤銷其年票的權利。
15.責任免責: HONG KONG Padel Club powered by GO PARK Sai Sha對年票持有者在使用設施時所發生的任何傷害、損失或損害不承擔任何責任。
16.條款的修改: HONG KONG Padel Club powered by GO PARK Sai Sha保留隨時修改這些條款及細則的權利，無論是否提前通知。繼續使用設施即表示接受修改後的條款及細則。
17.適用法律: 這些條款及細則應受香港特別行政區的法律管轄並依其解釋。
