Registration Terms and Conditions | Eligibility for Registration
報名表填寫 Completion of the Registration Form
每位參加者只需填寫一份報名表。
Each participant is required to complete only one application form.
重複報名處理 Processing of Duplicate Registrations
如同一參加者重複提交報名，將以最後一份報名紀錄為準。已確認及繳費之報名恕不設退款或更改。
Duplicate registrations will be processed according to the latest submission. No refunds or changes will be made for confirmed and paid registrations.
報名表遞交 Submitting Registration Form
先到先得，名額有限，額滿即止。
Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
我們會在活動開始至少兩天前發送確認電郵。
We will send you a confirmation email at least two days before the event starts.
健康與安全聲明 Health and Safety Statement
參加者及其家長/監護人須確認其身體狀況適合進行活動，並能在無醫療輔助或其他協助情況下完成活動。
GO PARK Sports 有權取消不適合參與活動者之報名。
Participants and their parents/guardians must ensure the participant is in suitable physical condition to take part in the event without medical or additional assistance. GO PARK Sports reserves the right to refuse participation if deemed unsuitable.
人數不足安排 Arrangements for Insufficient Enrollment
如活動參與人數不足，Asia Adventure Sport教練將會在活動開始至少一星期前聯絡您進行改期，如未有合適日期，GO PARK Sports將會以活動代金券形式退回報名費到你的GO PARK Sports應用程式。
If the number of participants is insufficient, Asia Adventure Sport coach will contact you at least one week before the event starts to reschedule. If no suitable date is available, GO PARK Sports will refund the registration fee in the form of an event e-voucher into your GO PARK Sports App.
惡劣天氣安排 Arrangements for Inclement Weather
若於活動2小時前正仍懸掛紅色暴雨警告或三號颱風警告或更高警告訊號，活動將會取消並將以課堂電子代金券形式退回該報名費到你的GO PARK Sports應用程式。
Event will be canceled if the Red Rainstorm Warning or No. 3 Typhoon Warning or higher warning signal is in effect on 2 hours before the event time, event will be cancel and refund in terms of event registration e-voucher into your GO PARK Sports App.
雨天安排 Rain Plan
如遇天雨問題，若教練評估後認為不適合在戶外運動場地繼續活動，活動將會取消並將以活動電子代金券形式退回該報名費到你的GO PARK Sports應用程式。
In the event of rainy weather, if the coach assesses that it is not suitable to continue the activity at the outdoor sports venue, the activity will be cancelled in 2 hours in advanced and the registration fee will be refunded in the form of an event registration e-voucher into your GO PARK Sports App.
