Volunteer Role Descriptions

Welcome & Check-In: Greet attendees, check-in registered guests, and provide event materials.
Information & QR Guide Team: Answer questions, direct attendees, and assist with QR code guides for event navigation.
Creative Stations: Help facilitate art, crafts, and other creative activities for all ages.
Low Sensory / Cool Down Zone: Monitor and support a calming area for guests who need a break from stimulation.
DJ Hub & Activity Area: Assist with attendee engagement, games, and interactive activities.
Vendor Support: Help vendors with setup, operations, and attendee engagement.
Hydration & Wellness Station: Distribute water and wellness supplies, encourage self-care. ( Located Near Low Sensory Zone)
Kids & Family Activities: Assist with family-friendly games and activities.
Nature Walk Guide: Monitor and support nature walk trail
Setup Team: Help with event setup, arranging tables, chairs, and materials.
Breakdown Team: Assist with post-event cleanup and packing.
