Thank you for your expression of interest! Ballarat Carols by Candlelight is run by the community, for the community. Our event relies on people donating their time, knowledge, skills and expertise. Our event will be held on SUNDAY 22nd DECEMBER 2024.
Under the guidance of the Production Manager and Front of House Manager, your role as a volunteer may include greeting guests at the gate, guiding p[eople to seating areas, collecting donations, keeping aisles clear, answering questions from patrons, making sure the grounds are clean - all done to the best of your ability.
Volunteer Expression of Interest will close 20.12.24.

Volunteers will be contacted by email early December with further information and a briefing notes.

As the day is long, we would like for you to allocate when you are available to help us out. NB. You will be required to attend a compulsory safety briefing 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. Time TBC closer to the event.*

- I confirm that I am available for the entire day and night of the Carols (Sunday 22nd December)
- I understand that my image may be taken and used for any promotional material throughout the Ballarat Carols by Candlelight online accounts.
- I understand the event will be filmed and may be streamed.

- I will try to the best of my ability to help promote and encourage people to attend the Ballarat Carols by Candlelight in ways of poster hanging, sharing of the event online, and talking to people I know.
