📥 TEAM/PLAYER REQUIREMENTS 📥
1. Registration is ₱100 per team
2. Collated screenshot of all members of the team following the Sector Zero Facebook Page. The collated screenshots must be in PDF format and include the names of each person's screenshot respectively.

📣 GENERAL NOTES 📣
1. The players registered in the form must be the final roster and include up-to-date information by the tournament dates.
➥ Regarding roster changes, editing to your response will be allowed, however only up until the deadline of registration as stated. The Tournament Administration must be, first, alerted and give confirmation of these changes.
2. Rule Violations: Sector Zero and Riot Games holds the jurisdiction and authority to the teams that will be suspected or found violating the rules. Further explanation of the rules and regulations that the teams are expected to be read before registering in the tournament is found in the linked rulebook.
By registering, your team acknowledges that all usage of photos, videos, and any form of recording during the tournament have been given legal consent by the players for media and marketing purposes.
All personal information collected by Sector Zero is done so exclusively with your consent, by means of a form posted on our Facebook Page, related Facebook Groups, or Discord channels. We will not, in any circumstances, share your personal information with other individuals or organizations without your permission, including public organizations, corporations or individuals, except when applicable by law.
