PLEASE NOTE: All recorded music should be provided as an .mp4 or .mp3 file on a USB-coimpatible Flash Drive and given to the DJ. (Don’t forget to get it back from the DJ after the performance!)

Hold Harmless Agreement

I hereby indemnify the Carolinas Asian American Chamber of Commerce (CAACC), the Asian Festival organizers, and Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation of any and all responsibility for any accident or injury incurred by me or members of my performance group during the course of this performance.
I understand that it is my responsibility to be present at the stage and report to the stage manager at the scheduled time of my performance, i.e. when the number before mine is being performed. If the stage manager does not find me at the stage area at the time of my scheduled performance, I understand that my performance will be shifted to the end of the program.
I give permission to CAACC, Charlotte Dragon Boat Association, and the Asian Festival to use images and videos of me and my troupe taken during the festival in print, on their website, and on their social media channels.
