Independent Contractors:
Contractors are required to enter into a binding two (2) year agreement with SecureTax. During this term, contractors may not work for, contract with, or provide services to any competing tax preparation company, nor solicit SecureTax clients or disclose confidential information. Early termination to join a competing tax company is strictly prohibited. Upon completion of the two-year term, renewal or Affiliate eligibility is subject to company approval and performance evaluation.

Seasonal Employees:
Full-time positions are strictly seasonal and limited to the tax season (approximately three months, January–April). Employment is temporary and does not guarantee continued or year-round employment.

SecureTax reserves the right to terminate any contract or employment for violation of company policies, breach of agreement, or misconduct.
