    1. Admission Policies

    1.1 SEED shall determine the suitability of the group for the child during the trial class. 

    1.2 Admittance of children into the program is determined by SEED after the appropriate screening is complete and fulfills criteria set by the Lead Teacher.

    1.3 Upon receiving the registration form, Parents will be contacted for further information and will be advised to attend the trial session.  Please proceed with payment within 24 hours to confirm the trial session. In the event payment is not received within 24 hours, we have the rights to release the Trial Class seat to another child in the waiting list.

    1.4 There are only 8 seats in the Trial Class, and 6 seats in the final enrollment of the program, based on suitability as well as First Come, First Serve policy.

    2. Fees and Schedule

    2.1 There are 2 payment plan options available for the Program Fee:
    A) Full payment plan
    B) 2 x installment plan

    2.2 The table of fees is as per below.

    2.3 Fees are to be paid within 10 days of invoicing or prior to program commencement, whichever comes first.

    2.4 Fees cover a total of 16 group sessions for both parent and child as per the published schedule. 

    2.5 Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

    2.6 Registration fee of RM100.00 shall be waived if enrollment is done within 5 days of Trial Class.

    2.7 The PEERS program is designed as a collaborative, group-based experience. As such, we are unable to offer make-up sessions or individual replacements for any missed classes. Participants are encouraged to prioritize all 16 sessions to ensure they receive the full benefit of the peer-learning environment. Materials will be made accessible via the program portal.

    3. Withdrawal, Termination and Deferment

    3.1 Withdrawal: Due to the small-group nature and limited capacity of the PEERS program, all enrollments are final. This ensures the stability and consistency of the cohort for all participants. Any withdrawal will have impact on the group. Therefore, refunds are processed as follows in case of unavoidable withdrawals:

    Up to 30 days before program commencement: 75% of the program fee shall be refunded while 25% of the fee shall be forfeited as administrative fee. Other fees will not be refunded.

    Less than 30 days before program commencement: Strictly no refund.

    During the program: Strictly no refund.

    3.2 Deferment: Any deferment request must be made at least 30 days prior to program commencement. Deferment is allowed if child is suddenly unable to attend the sessions in the current intake, and a supporting letter is required. A deferment fee of RM200 will be charged, and payment must be made within 3 days of invoice to confirm the deferment. Deferment is allowed one (1) time only per child.

    3.4 Written notice is required to be served to SEED in case of withdrawal or deferment, via email to info@seedautism.my and billing@seedautism.my.

    3.5 Refund, if any, will be deposited within one (1) month upon receiving the notice and relevant bank information.

    4. Attendance & Engagement

    4.1 Regular attendance and punctuality is appreciated to ensure smooth running of the program.

    4.2 No refunds or replacements shall be made for non-attendance.

    4.3 The accompanying parents will be responsible for their children until class start time. Please accompany your children if early.

    4.4 Engagement of the accompanying parent is an important element of the PEERS structure. Participants are enrolled as a unit; therefore, parents are required to commit to staying fully involved during the sessions to facilitate the social-coaching and group-dynamic goals of the program.

    5. Confidentiality

    5.1 Any information concerning your child, which is provided or discussed with the staff members of SEED will remain confidential.

    6. Attire and School Bag

    6.1 Please dress your child up in comfortable attire which is loose fitting and lightweight.

    6.2 Jewellery is discouraged.

    6.3 Please ensure your child’s school bag contains:

    a. Water bottle with water filled up

    b. Snacks

    c. Stationeries

    d. A set of clean clothes

    6.4 All items belonging to your child must be labelled with your child’s name.

    7. Illnesses / Injuries

    7.1 Please report any complications or illness to the therapist as soon as possible especially communicable diseases.

    7.2 In the interest of the children’s collective health, any child with a temperature of (37.5*C and above) will not be allowed to attend classes.

    8. Cancellations by SEED

    8.1 SEED undertakes that there will always be qualified professionals available to conduct the session.

    8.2 In the unforeseeable circumstance that SEED cancels a session, a replacement class will be arranged at no additional cost.

    9. Insurance

    9.1 Every child attending the program shall be covered under the Tokio Marine Insurance Group Personal Accident Policy, for which the premium is valid for 12 months and its validity not affected by termination of the program. Parents who wish to opt out shall notify the Billing Admin in writing.

    10. Others

    10.1 Food is not provided.

    10.2 We reserve the right to review and amend the Rates, Terms and Conditions from time to time as required.

    : hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood, agree and adhere to Seed Autism Services’ Terms and Conditions, and any standard policies and procedures that may be made known to me from time to time;

    : understand that I will be contacted by SEED for further details and discussion; and

    : agree to release SEED, including instructors and assistants from liability for any and all injuries which may occur during the program.

    : give permission for the public sharing of any visual images of the program. However, SEED fully undertakes to blur out or hide the faces of children in those images hence making none of the children identifiable, as is our standard practice over the years.
