BOOKING POLICIES AND REMINDER

• Deposit: A non-refundable ₱200 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is paid after the service.
• Rescheduling/Cancellations: One reschedule allowed if done 48 hours (2days) before the appointment. Same-day reschedules and cancellations forfeit the deposit and require a new one.
• Late Arrivals: 10-minute grace period. 20 minutes late: ₱200 fee and simplified design; beyond that, the appointment will be cancelled.
• One (1) Companion: Please come with one companion only. No children allowed.
•Location: The studio is located in a condo unit, so please bring a valid ID with you. Tell the guard that you’re a visitor. NO ID, NO ENTRY. NO PARKING SPACE IN THE CONDO
•Warranty: A 5-day warranty applies to minor repairs only. Any damage resulting from accidents, improper handling, neglect, or occurring after 5 days will not be covered.
•Photo/ Video Permission: Pics/vids may be taken and featured on our main page for portfolio and promotional purposes.
• Kind Reminder: These policies are in place to respect time, preparation, and effort.
