Bodhi Compassion Foundation is a nonprofit organization. Volunteer service for this event is offered freely and without expectation of wages or employment.

I understand that I am volunteering freely, without expectation of wages or other compensation, and that my participation does not create an employment relationship. Meals, refreshments, approved incidental expense reimbursements, volunteer recognition items, or similar nominal benefits are not wages or compensation. Selecting "Yes" means you consent to your photo, video, and voice being used for event documentation, community outreach, and related non-commercial materials from Bodhi Compassion Foundation and Bodhi Meditation San Francisco. Declining will not affect your volunteer application. For volunteers aged 16–17, this question must be answered by a parent or guardian.

I agree to follow reasonable instructions from event coordinators and team leaders, to perform only tasks I feel physically and safely able to perform, and to interact respectfully with guests, volunteers, staff, performers, vendors, and the public. I will immediately report hazards, injuries, emergencies, harassment, or unsafe conditions to a team leader or event coordinator. I understand that alcohol, illegal drugs, harassment, violence, discrimination, and unsafe behavior are not permitted during volunteer service, and that my preferred role is not guaranteed and may be changed for operational or safety reasons.／我同意遵守活动负责人及组长的合理工作安排和指引，仅承担自己身体状况允许并能够安全完成的工作，并以尊重、友善和专业的方式对待来宾、义工、工作人员、表演者、供应商及公众。如发现安全隐患、受伤、紧急情况、骚扰行为或其他不安全状况，我会立即向组长或活动负责人报告。我了解义工服务期间禁止饮酒、非法药物、骚扰、暴力、歧视及其他不安全行为，且意向岗位并不保证最终分配，活动团队可基于运营或安全需要调整岗位。

I understand that I am participating voluntarily as an unpaid volunteer. Volunteer activities may involve ordinary risks, including prolonged standing or walking, crowded areas, moving materials, slips or falls, and other risks associated with a public event. I agree to follow all event safety instructions and take reasonable precautions for my own health and safety. I voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with my participation, including the risk of personal injury. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I release and hold harmless Bodhi Compassion Foundation, Bodhi Meditation San Francisco, and their officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and event partners from claims arising from the ordinary risks of my voluntary participation, except for liabilities that cannot legally be waived. If I become injured or ill during the event, I authorize event personnel to contact emergency medical services when reasonably necessary.
