By agreeing to this waiver, I do release and indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Christmas Connection from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, or proceedings of any kind or nature arising as a result of the volunteer's actions or other persons. I release the staff, Board of Directors, and other volunteers of Christmas Connection without limitations from damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, expenses, legal fees, and claims.

I further grant permission for Christmas Connection to use, without cost or approval, any photographs taken of the volunteer for marketing purposes.
