Terms and Conditions, you would be expected to abide by:
1. Payments for the selected vendors must be made no later than 6th March; late payments after this will not be accepted.
2. No cash or registration will be accepted on site, the organizers on confirmation of your selection will provide you with an account number where rental of space will be paid.
3. Each vendor has the responsibility to look after their space at all times, organisers will take no responsibility for the loss of products/items.
4. All vendors need to load in on 3 April and load out on 4 April.
5. The Organisers can provide single phase 15amp power point if required.
6. The Organisers will provide security for the day before and full duration of the event.
7. The vendor is to bring his/her own signage, tables, chairs, appliances and utensils.
8. Vendors are welcome to bring Marketing materials.
9. Each vendor will be issued with Vendor Access Control Tags and 1 x Vehicle sticker unless otherwise arranged with organisers.
