Non-refundable deposit of $100 must be paid to secure your reservation. This deposit will be deducted from the total rental fees. Final payments must be paid in full at least 14days prior to your anticipated event. If final payment is not received 14days prior to your event, we reserve the right to call for an immediate cancelation forfeiting your deposit.
Delivery Policy: We arrive 15mins prior to setup and 15mins prior to breakdown. Please have your entrance clear for us to load and unload our equipment. Failure to comply with your sceduled delivery time and/or pickup time will result in an immediate $50 inconvenience fee that must be paid immediately upon setup and/or Breakdown. (Any hostile behavior, will result in forfeiting your current rental and failure to rent from Two Peas Soft Play & Party Rentals in the future.) Upon pickup, if there are any damages to our soft play rental equipment of any sort, you are held responsible for the cost to replace damaged rental equipment.
