Growing, woman-owned broadcast media company is seeking a self-motivated, creative Content Creator to join our team of She-Bosses. She Epic Enterprises raises the brand awareness of women in business and assists them in obtaining financial resources to fund their dreams. You will have the opportunity to work with an amazing group of highly knowledgeable people who strive to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients. We are based in Cleveland, OH, but the job is remote.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies to help grow awareness, build community, and increase attributable sales
- Own the content creation process from pitch to publish (ideas, reporting, scripting, asset gathering, editing)
- Grow and maintain the Content Creator Program to facilitate the creation of authentic content
- Analyze performance and advise on best strategies moving forward
- Plan, edit, and publish engaging written and photo content independently
- Manage social media calendars based on product launches, promotions, and branded content releases
- Monitor social media trends, accounts, and personalities and pitch relevant ideas
- Actively engage, reply, monitor, and create thoughtful social interaction within our communities across all platforms
- Fill out weekly, monthly, and quarterly social reporting, set goals and KPIs for continuous improvement
- Work with Brand Manager to prioritize and align the team on daily, weekly, and monthly focus
- Work multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills; English must be a candidate's first language
- Work with Operations Manager and other team members on delegated projects and tasks
- Attend weekly team meetings
Education & Other Requirements:
- 3+ years proven experience in authentic content creation, preferably for woman-owned, women-supporting-women arena
- Ability to work independently, meeting goals and deadlines
- Must be analytics-driven and create content with performance in mind, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to understand and recreate the brand voice
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Multi-task oriented/detailed; high sense of urgency/initiative
- Proficient computer skills - Google Suite, Basecamp, ClickUp, Canva, etc.
- Experience with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, set up, manage, and navigate platforms, as well as messenger platforms and messenger bots
- Ability to maintain confidential and proprietary information and data
- Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) and in a courteous and professional manner on a regular basis with clients, co-workers, and management
