By advertising on the She Boss Talk platform, you agree to allow She Epic Media and She Boss Talk to record, distribute, and disseminate your ad(s) in any manner as deemed appropriate.

You also agree to allow us to retain rights to the produced media for potential use in speeches, books, presentations, and in all other public or paid distribution.

You also agree that ads are ethical and aligned with our brand. Upon submitting your advertising request and assets we will review and be in contact with you as to when your promo will be submitted to our channels.

We believe in branding that speaks to your audience to get the biggest impact, if your assets submitted are not aligned, we will send a request for our team to create the assets for you for an additional fee.

We reserve the right to refuse any ads that may have a negative impact on our brand reputation. There are absolutely no refunds.

In addition, we believe in you showing up as the best version of yourselves as a brand and person. If presented assets does not align with our guidelines, we will submit a request to have our team design your assets at an additional rate.
