Parent Disclosure & Agreement
At SheBuilds Futures (SBF), the safety, well-being, and positive experience of every participant are our highest priorities. We are committed to providing a structured, supportive, and secure learning environment for all girls enrolled in our Summer Camp programs.
By enrolling your child in the SheBuilds Futures Summer Camp, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Safety & Supervision:
SheBuilds Futures ensures that all campers are supervised by trained staff throughout the duration of the program.
Campers are expected to listen to and follow all rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions at all times to maintain a safe and productive environment.
Liability Waiver:
While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure a safe environment, participation in camp activities involves inherent risks.
By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that SheBuilds Futures or Corgan is not responsible for injuries or accidents that may occur during camp activities.
Bathroom & Classroom Policies:
Students must be escorted by a SheBuilds Futures staff member for all bathroom breaks or when leaving the classroom.
Students are not permitted to leave the building unless a SheBuilds Futures staff member has verified the identity of the approved parent or guardian at pickup.
Attendance & Participation:
Students must arrive on time and prepared to participate each day.
Active engagement and respectful behavior are expected throughout the program to ensure a positive learning experience for all participants.
Media Release:
By enrolling your child, you grant SheBuilds Futures permission to capture and use photographs, videos, and other media featuring your child for educational, promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.
Parent Attendance Requirement (Grades 1–3):
Students 8 years of age and younger are required to have a parent or guardian attend every class session with them.
The goal of this requirement is to encourage parent-child learning and collaboration. No exceptions will be made.
Parent Feedback Requirement:
Parents and guardians are required to complete a brief survey after each class session.
These surveys help SheBuilds Futures continuously improve program quality, curriculum effectiveness, and the overall experience for students and families.
Parent Acknowledgement:
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Parent Disclosure & Agreement.
