The Application & Confirmation Process
1️⃣ Fill out the application and pay the $5 non-refundable Application Fee.
The fee pays the administrative cost of the program.
2️⃣ The Volunteer Coordinator will review your application and invite you via email to a phase of the production based on your availability, interest and skillset.
3️⃣ To confirm your participation, you will pay the $35 Non-Refundable Volunteer Deposit.
The deposit costs $35. Paying the deposit authorizes Shift Happens Volunteers LLC to place a hold on the card used to pay the deposit for $400 the week of the festival. As long as you complete the work requirement and uphold the Code of Conduct, the hold is released and funds will be available in your account again.
The deadline to confirm your participation is July 1st
4️⃣ Closer to the event, the Volunteer Coordinator will assign you to team(s), you will be able to request shifts, and you will receive info about arrival, camping, check-in, etc.
