  • THE OPPORTUNITY

    The Shire of Nannup is seeking submissions for events and activities throughout Nannup and beyond for the 2026 Southern Forests & Valleys Heritage Festival, celebrating our natural, built, and cultural heritage, that inspire a sense of pride and belonging to a shared cultural heritage.

    WHEN DOES THE 2026 HERITAGE FESTIVAL TAKE PLACE

    Saturday 18 April - Sunday 26 April 2026

    The Festival encourages events and activities that showcase the South West diverse Communities and support the towns vision and aspirations for the future.

  • WHERE CAN I HOLD MY EVENT / ACTIVITY

  • You may be part of an organisation or business within the Shire of Nannup or know where you want to hold an event. The Shire of Nannup offers booking of its spaces, such as the Town Hall, Parks, gardens and reserves.

    ADVERTISING

    Your events and activities will be advertised and promoted through a marketing campaign with Southern Forest and Valleys and span across the south west towns of Balingup, Walpole, Nannup, Boyup Brook, Bridgetown, Pemberton, Greenbushes, Manjimup, Donnybrook and Northcliffe.

    HOW CAN I APPLY

    Applicants should submit the following information.

    1. Complete the Request for Proposal form.

    2. Attach supporting materials

    3. Pictures/videos of the proposed event/activity

    4. Pictures/videos and/or links to previous works or performances

    Early submissions ensure advertising.

  • NB: All submissions must be made by groups and businesses in Nannup. Please return to the Shire of Nannup, or email direct to nannup@nannup.wa.gov.au. All entries must be received by the advertised due dates, and we will work with you to ensure the correct marketing to best promote your groups and business.
