Do Not Bring:
Portable speakers, gaming consoles, drones, inappropriate content on any devices, alcohol, tobacco, vapes, drugs, fireworks, water guns, or any kind of weapon.
We strongly discourage bringing items of high value (e.g., laptops, tablets, gaming devices).
Money Recommendations:
Only bring the money you plan to use for snacks, or offerings. If you bring additional money, it will be at your own risk.
Dress Code:
Modesty is Required: No revealing, tight, or transparent clothing.
Appropriate Graphics: No offensive language, alcohol, tobacco, or violence on clothing.
Footwear: Shoes must be worn at all times.
Hats & Headwear: Hats and other headwear (other than religious or medical) should not be worn during church services.
Technology Use:
Personal devices (e.g., phones, tablets) should not disrupt activities, sessions, or church services. Please be mindful of when and how they’re used.
Liability:
- Participation in the Youth Camp involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, accidents, etc. By attending, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event.
- I confirm that I am physically able to participate in all activities and take full responsibility for any injury, medical expenses, or damages that may arise.
- The Church of God of Prophecy, Southeast Hispanic Region, does not provide insurance for participants, and I am solely responsible for my medical costs.
- By completing this application, I release and discharge the Church of God of Prophecy, its leaders, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability related to this event, and agree not to pursue legal action for any claims.
- If I am under 18, my parent or guardian has been informed of these terms and is aware of my participation.
