DISCLOSURE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATEMENT: By accepting initialing and signing this form you are consenting that all ERO SERVICE BUREAU ADD ON Fees were chosen by you. You also understand once fees are embedded in the software they CAN NOT be changed until you sign up again for the affiliate program the next tax season. You will receive one lump sum payment of all funded service bureau fees from Jan 2, 2025, to April 18th, 2025, on or before June 10th, 2025. Fees will be sent via direct deposit to the bank account you have chosen on file. You are required to pay the licensing fee PRIOR to us constructing any software. Licensing fees depends on which software your ERO chooses. OLT and TSP licensing fee is $199.00 and with an additional $299. You may sell the software's for whatever price point you would like, but not to exceed $1200.00. If you sell software to an ERO who does not have an EFIN, Shunshine Tax Pro Software may provide an EFIN on behalf of your ERO for an additional price of $99.00, which will need to be paid prior to software release. Non EFIN holders will need to consent to a formal background check and will be provided with IRS publication 3112. You also understand that service bureau add on payouts will also require a completed W-9 form and you or your company will be issued a 1099 for tax filing purposes.* This field is required.
