  • The National Association of Statewide Independent Living Councils (NASILC) invites you to join us at SILC Congress 2027 in San Diego, California at the Wyndham San Diego Bayside. SILC Congress is the only national conference of its kind - created by and for statewide independent living councils!

    SILC Congress will be held March 16-18, 2027, and will run from 9 AM to 4:30 PM all three days. A pre-conference program will be held on the afternoon of Monday, March 15th, 2027.

    This year’s theme is SPARK: Strengthening Partnerships, Accountability, Results, & Knowledge.

            Based on current NASILC bylaws - the membership period is January 1- December 31st of each year.
