1. Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total balance is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: deposit is retained; no additional charges. Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event: 50% of the remaining balance is due. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event: 100% of the total balance is due.
3. Rescheduling
Client may request to reschedule once without penalty, provided at least 14 days' notice is given and an alternative date is available. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a $75 administrative fee.
4. Setup & Access
Client is responsible for ensuring the The Huckleberry Patch trailer has access to the event venue at least 60 minutes prior to service start time. Client must confirm trailer access, parking, and any venue requirements (electrical, space) no later than 7 days before the event.
5. Weather & Force Majeure
In the event of extreme weather, natural disaster, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with the client to reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations initiated by the client.
6. Liability
The Huckleberry Patch is not liable for any allergic reactions or health concerns arising from the consumption of beverages. It is the client's responsibility to inform guests of ingredients. Client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of guests.
7. Damage
Client will be held responsible for any damage to equipment, the trailer, or property caused by client or guests. Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the client separately.
