Terms and Conditions
Please kindly note the following:
1. All payments must be made 48 hours prior to the start of the clinic you have selected.
2. We require 24 hours notice of cancellation to qualify for a refund. (In the case of unforeseen medical or family emergencies, refunds will be considered at the discretion of the clinic coordinator, Sina Hunkin.)
3. Players will need to bring their own personal playing gear such as gloves, bats, helmets and cleats.
4. Players will need to bring their own water bottle, lunch and snacks each day.
5. In the case of serious misbehaviour, parents/caregivers will be contacted and the player will be removed from the clinic, with the clinic registration fee being non-refundable.
6. We ask that players have their phones away during clinic activities and sessions, so that they can focus on what they are doing in the present moment. However, players are free to use their phones during break times. The clinic coordinator's phone number will be provided prior to the clinic, for parents/caregivers to call in the case of emergency.
7. If heavy rain is forecast for the afternoon session, we will look to finish the clinic earlier, around 2:00pm. If this should happen, we will:
a) Have players contact parents/caregivers asap to inform them of the early finish
b) Provide a refund of $25.00 to the person who paid the invoice
c) Keep the clubrooms open for any players who need to wait until 4:30pm to be picked up
