To ensure you get the smoothest results from your sugaring session, please arrive with clean, dry skin. For the best experience, we recommend a gentle exfoliation 48 hours before your visit. To allow the sugar to grip perfectly, please skip all lotions, oils, deodorants, and fragrances on the day of your appointment.

👶 Children + Guests

No children or extra guests unless the client is 13–16 years old.

One parent/guardian may accompany and must remain in the lobby.

No guests allowed in treatment rooms

🔁 Rescheduling + Canceling

Reschedule or cancel via your confirmation email up to 48 hours before.

Only 1 reschedule allowed per appointment.

⏰ Late Policy

10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment is canceled.

Repeated lateness may result in being blocked from booking.

❌ No-Call / No-Show

No-shows are blocked from future booking.

Texting or emailing to cancel (instead of using the confirmation link) still counts as a no-show.

If we close due to weather, we’ll contact you to reschedule.
