If I share my code with anyone else, I will be charged a $50 fee, and I may lose my Recovery Room privileges.I am aware that a security camera is in use in the Recovery Room, and I consent to video recording for the purposes of safety, security, and monitoring appropriate usage.Assumption of Risk: I understand that using exercise equipment, participating in workouts, and being present in the facility involves inherent risks of injury.
