For SY2026-27, Sisidlan Institute offers the following programs -
Balay Supling (Parent-Child program for children ages 20 months - 3.4 years old)
Munting Hardin (children ages 3.5-6 years old)
Grade School, with the following grade levels -
Class 1 (6 and 4 months to 7 yrs. old)
Class 2 (7 and 4 months to 8 yrs. old)
Class 3 (8 and 4 months to 9 yrs. old)
Class 4 (9 and 4 months to 10 yrs. old)
Class 5 (10 and 4 months to 11 yrs. old)
Class 6 (11 yrs and 4 months to 12 yrs old)
Class 7 (12 and 4 months to 13 yrs. old)

DALAW-PAARALAN
As a first step in our enrollment process, we invite you to visit our school. There will be staff on hand to answer your questions and to give you an orientation about our school, and to get to know you. You can also have a tour of our school. The visit is expected to run for one hour.
The schedule is as follows -
Balay Supling/Munting Hardin - Mondays-Fridays, 11:00am-12:00pm
Grade School - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9:30am-10:30am
IMPORTANT NOTES
Before you proceed to sign up for Dalaw-Paaralan, please take note of the following:
1. Please fill up one form. If you have children in Early Childhood and Grade School, please sign up separate forms.
2. We will only accept a maximum of 3 families per visit.
3. The school visit is for parents only.
4. Please wait for an email from us within 24 hours after you submit this form to confirm your schedule.
5. If you need to cancel, please inform us via e-mail at sisidlaninstitute@gmail.com at least two weeks before the date of your schedule. You will need to fill up this form again to get a new schedule.
6. If you cancel a week before or on the day itself, please inform us via text message at 09628706557. To re-schedule, please fill up this form again. Schedule will be subject to availability.
