Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of form submission to secure your sponsorship. All payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled in its entirety by Sister Circle.

Sponsor Agreement:

Liability & Indemnification
Sister Circle and its team are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring before, during, or after the event. Sponsors assume all risks associated with participation.
Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sister Circle, its employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from their participation, products, or services at the event.
Sister Circle’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the sponsorship amount paid.

Cancellation & Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Event Host’s control (including weather, natural disasters, venue closures, or other emergencies), Sister Circle reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event. If the event is canceled in full, sponsors will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for sponsor cancellations or no-shows.

Professional Conduct
Sponsors agree to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the Sister Circle values of connection, community, and professionalism. The Event Host reserves the right to remove or restrict any sponsor display, behavior, or material deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with event standards.

Agreement & Governing Law
By signing below, the sponsor agrees to the terms outlined in this form. This submission serves as a binding agreement between the sponsor and Small Business Sister Circle LLC.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

By submitting this form, the sponsor agrees to the terms outlined in the sponsorship levels and commits to providing the selected sponsorship amount. The organizer reserves the right to allocate benefits based on the sponsorship level and payment received.
