2025 Christmas Vendor Village Application Form
Thank you for requesting information for this year's Christmas Vendor Village. It will be held Saturday, December 6th from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Judicial Center Plaza in Downtown Somerset. Prices for vendor spaces are: $50 for most 10x10 spaces, $75 for food trucks/trailers, $25 for artist spaces, and FREE for non-food non-profits. Please complete this form and submit payment as applicable to the Somerset Junior Woman's Club at PO Box 904, Somerset KY 42502; @somersetjwc1 on Venmo, or somersetjwc@yahoo.com on PayPal. Vendor fees are NONREFUNDABLE. Set up will be from 9:30 AM to 11:45 PM and the event will be from Noon to 7:00 PM. If you are a NON-FOOD FOR PROFIT vendor, please list the name of your business. (Example: Avon, Pampered Chef, Clothing Boutique, etc.)
If you are an ARTIST vendor, please list the name of your art shop or business. (Example: Mary's Paintings, Tom's Sculptures, Susan's Original Crafts, etc.)
If you are a NON-FOOD NON-PROFIT vendor, please list your organization name. (Example: Hospice, March of Dimes, Third Baptist Church, etc.)
If you are a FOR PROFIT or NON-PROFIT FOOD vendor WITHOUT a truck or trailer, please list your business name. (This means you will be setting up with a pop-up canopy.)
If you have a FOOD TRUCK or TRAILER, please list your business name.
If you have a Food Truck or Trailer, will you be bringing a generator?
Do you need electricity at your vendor space?
Please provide a short list of items you will have at your vendor space?
If you will NOT be the person working your vendor space, please list at least the name and cell phone number of one of your workers.
Do you understand that vendor fees are nonrefundable and that the Somerset Junior Woman's Club only provides a 10 x 10 vendor space (with access to electricity if requested?) {We understand that food trucks will need more space that 10 x 10.}
Do you understand that vendor set-up time will be from 9:30 AM to 11:45 AM and that you MUST be ready to open at noon? (If a weather situation requires a later opening, you will be notified of a new set-up time.)
Payment is due upon submission of application. Please check how your payment will be made so our Treasurer will be looking for it.
