Tattoo Enquiry Form Logo
  • Tattoo Enquiry Form

Thank you for your interest in my tattoos! Please fill out this form with all relevant information to get booked in! I will do my best to respond within 7 days of your enquiry, so please be patient, and please don't message/send extra forms unless it's been more than 10 days without a response. Also, please ensure sketchfeathers@gmail.com is whitelisted in your inbox to avoid responses going to your junk folder!
  • Important information

Please be sure to read this section carefully before completing your form! If you have any questions about it, please feel free to ask!

Completing this form does not lock you into an appointment - you're not committing to anything until a deposit is sent. I will let you know exactly how much you need to pay and am more than happy to answer any questions you might have before you commit to booking your appointment!

Just click each header below to expand for the information - you'll need to tick to confirm you've read each one before you can continue on to the form itself!

    • Deposit/Payment
    • Deposit & Payment

By booking in with me, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

      • The deposit is non-refundable, but will go towards the final cost of your tattoo (so, for example, if your tattoo is £100 with a £30 deposit, you will pay £30 upfront to book in and then £70 on the day).
      • If you need to reschedule your appointment to a different day, I’ll need at least 48 hours notice in order for you to use the same deposit for the new appointment - this is studio policy, and gives me a chance to fill the spot.
      • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice, rescheduling multiple times in a row, or cancelling the appointment will mean you’ll lose the deposit and you’ll need to pay a fresh deposit before I book you in again.

I can take the deposit via PayPal (Friends & Family) or bank transfer; on the day of, I can take payment via PayPal, bank transfer or cash - we don't have a card machine at the studio, I'm afraid!

    • Before your appointment
    • Before your appointment

      • Please don't drink any alcohol in the 24 hours before your tattoo! It thins your blood and makes it much harder for the ink to stay in your skin, as well as reducing your pain tolerance. We also cannot tattoo you if you've been recently drinking as we cannot guarantee informed consent. You're more than welcome to go for drinks when your tattoo is all finished!
      • Make sure you have something to eat before your appointment, and for anything longer than 2 hours feel free to bring snacks/drinks along with you to keep your blood sugar up! We have a corner shop nearby if you need to grab something on the day/want to pick up anything extra.
      • Please do your best to get a good night's rest before your tattoo! I know this can be easier said than done, but a lack of sleep affects your pain tolerance and your skin more than you'd think!
      • For bonus points, make sure you drink plenty of water and keep the tattoo area moisturised from at least 48 hours before your appointment! It's not a requirement, but it will make for a better quality tattoo (and a better experience for you!)
    • On the day
    • On the day

      • If you're running late for any reason, please just drop a message (either to my email or Instagram @sketchfeathers) to let me know - it happens, no hard feelings!
      • If you need to take a break, have a stretch, have a snack/drink, etc. during your tattoo, please just let me know - it'll remind me to take a break too 😅
      • You're more than welcome to bring fidget toys, headphones, a friend, whatever you need to make your appointment more comfortable (as long as it won't be in the way/too distracting for me or the other clients in the shop! Please feel free to ask if you're unsure!)
        • If you would like to bring friends for moral support, I do just ask that you don't bring more than two friends with you - my area is a shared area and it can get crowded easily!
      • I am more than happy to do quiet/silent appointments if that's what you'd prefer, or I'm more than happy to yap if you need to distract yourself with conversation - fair warning, once you start me talking about D&D I probably won't stop 😉
      • And finally, a gentle reminder that my pronouns are he/they, not she 😅 I completely understand mistakes happen, so no worries if you slip up, but any deliberate misgendering will not be tolerated 💙
