1.I agree to turn up to my rostered sound check 15 minuets early SO I am on time, and to advise the POH staff well in advance if my availability for rostered shift changes. 2.I agree to work under the guidance and supervision of my team leader responsible for stage access 3.I agree to turn up to my rostered performance 15 minuets early before my scheduled set SO as tobe on stage for my allotted time. 4. I will not turn up to a rostered shift under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 5. I agree to advise POH staff if I am unable or uncomfortable to complete set. We will be understanding of these requests, just give us as much notice as possible. 6.I agree to inform my supervisor immediately of any injuries sustained while undertaking my set 7.As an artist I will do my best to provide correct information and positive attitude to all members of the public I deal with throughout the festival. 8.I agree to work in a constructive and cooperative way with POH staff and comply with any safety procedures as requested. 9. I understand if I am unable to complete my allocated set, I may be asked to return my wristband. 10. I understand that volunteering my services to POH and will not receive any remuneration for my services
