Rating of 5 - Performance meets or exceeds expectations for all elements of the work For example. Exceeding Expectations of Brand, Role and Responsibility

Rating of 4 - Performance for most elements meets or may exceed expectations For example. Above standards and Skylar expectations, polished uniform, attentive and was above average in expectations

Rating of 3 - Performance for selected elements meets expectations. Corrective actions for identified opportunities and problems are being addressed. Example. Average grooming, uniform proper but can use polishing, attentive, met expectations

Rating of 2 - Performance does not meet expectations for multiple elements and corrective actions have not yet been identified or implemented (2 rating’s of a 2 will be evaluated for termination or remediation (probation of 30 days)

Rating of 1 - Performance clearly does not meet expectations and recovery is not likely in a timely manner and may cause a safety issue. Performance on identified evaluation elements contains serious problems for which corrective action(s) were ineffective. Constitutes Notice of Termination Example. Poor grooming, not in property uniform, not attentive, not in proper positioning

Rating of 0 - Performance clearly does not meet expectations. This behavior is not eligible for recovery and guard is currently causes a safety issue to the client and other team members. Performance on identified evaluation elements contains serious problems for which corrective action(s) were ineffective. Constitutes Automatic Notice of Termination Example. breaks ethical zones
