Are you looking for a fun & positive way to keep your child active, social, and skilled inside our Skyview Estate community? The SkySeries is more than just a futsal program—it’s an avenue for our children to learn, connect, and develop essential life skills through sports.

 

Program Value & Highlights

• Skill Building: We believe in driving healthy living by keeping our kids active in a safe, fun, and competitive space. Whether your child is a budding athlete or just looking for a new way to stay fit, socialize and avoid negative influences, the SkySeries provides the ideal environment & opportunity.
  
  
• Professional Guidance: All training sessions are organized and run by Mr. Percy Mataio, a qualified and licensed PNGFA/OFC/FIFA Coach.
  
  
• Comprehensive Development: The program includes 5 weeks of structured training and 1 final weekend dedicated to competitive games against internal and external teams.
  
  
• Community Collaboration: This initiative is proudly delivered through a partnership between the Skyview Estate Homeowners Association (SEHOA) and Paradise Academy, which serves as our official host venue. 

 

Program Details

• Open To: Skyview Estate Residents, Paradise Academy students, and other interested parties (limited spaces)
  
  
• Target Age Groups: Both boys & girls, targeted age groups:

  1. 7–9 years old

  2. 10–12 years old

  3. 13–15 years old

• Venue: Paradise Academy, Skyview Estate, 7 Mile
  
  
• Session Time: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM (1 hour and 30 minutes per session)
  
  
• Length & Frequency: 5 weeks | 2 sessions per week
  
  
• Start Date: 11th August. Mon/Wed: 7-12 year olds | Tue/Thur: 13-15 yo
  
  
• Capacity: To ensure quality coaching, spaces are strictly limited to only 15-20 participants per age group.

 

Registration & Fee Tiers:

• Registration Fee Tiers per child (for the 5-week program):
  
  1. K250 per child
  2. K220 - discounted fee per child for SEHOA 2026 Financial Members, and Paradise Academy staff
     *Skyview Estate residents in arrears are encouraged to settle their 2026 Membership Fee to qualify for the Discounted Member Rate.
     
     
• Registration Deadline: Late registration are being accepted up to 16 August 2026.
  Note: Spaces are limited to strictly 15-20 participants per session to ensure quality coaching. We encourage you to register early to guarantee your child’s spot in this inaugural 2026 series.

 

Payment Instructions (Bank Transfer)

Payments must be made via bank transfer. Bank Account details are provided further on in this form. No cash transactions are accepted.

Please note: Valid proof of bank transfer must be uploaded in the appropriate section of this registration form before it can be submitted to book a place for your kid(s).

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fair program administration and the management of our strictly limited slots, the following policy applies:

1. Cancelled Spots: 100% refund if your child's registration is cancelled by program organizers due to insufficient/full age-group capacity.
2. No Refunds: Once training sessions have commenced, refunds will not be issued for late registrations, voluntary withdrawals, missed sessions, or non-attendance. Exceptions (e.g. medical injury) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Program Alterations: In the rare event that a session or the program is canceled or rescheduled by management due to unforeseen facility or weather constraints,make-up sessions will be organized for participants.

Consent Terms, Liability Waiver & Media Release

By checking the box below, I (parent/legal guardian) agree to the following terms for my child’s participation in the SkySeries Futsal Program:

• Liability Waiver: I recognize that futsal involves physical contact and inherent risks of injury. I agree to release and hold harmless the program organizers and their staff from any liability or claims for injuries or losses sustained during the program. In an emergency, I authorize staff to arrange necessary medical attention.
• Media Release: I grant permission to take and use photos/videos of my child during sessions and games for marketing, social media, and promotional materials without compensation.
• Payment & Refunds: I agree with the program payment & refund policies outlined in this registration form.

2. Payment Verification & Receipt: Our team will review your submitted bank transfer receipt and verify your registration details.
   
   
3. Registration Confirmation Email: Once verified, you will receive an official confirmation email to welcome your child to the inaugural 2026 series. 
   If we are not able to accept your child's registration, we will reach out  accordingly to arrange the refund. 
   
   
4. Session Details: Closer to the start date, we will add confirmed registrants into our WhatsApp Community group and send out final training schedules, venue guidelines at Paradise Academy, and what your child needs to bring for an incredible 5 weeks of skill-building and fun!
