Rules* This field is required.Red Road Outdoors LLC, Vredenburgh, Alabama Check In Time 2pm - Check Out Time 10am Rules Break a rule and your hunting party will be FINED $1,000 and asked to leave with NO REFUND. You will be asked to put a credit card on file at time of Check IN. ALL Hunters are required to wear an outer garment above the waist with a minimum of 144 square inches of hunter orange or either a full-size hunters orange hat or cap. Bring ALL your trash out of stand. ALL killed pigs/hogs MUST BE COMPLETELY REMOVED from the property. If you do not want the meat, there are local people that will take it as long as it is removed in a timely manner. If not removed in a timely manner we will show you where to dump it, so it doesn't affect anyone. No hunting rifles in camp house For safety keep firearms in your vehicle Deer Hunt Packages – Bucks ONLY with a minimum of 6 points or better. Pig Hunt Packages - Kill all you want of Pigs - Coons - Possum - Coyotes When using your UTV/ATV you are advised to wear a helmet. Travel only to and from the stands your assigned. No mud riding – Red Road is not a UTV/ATV Park. No fires (Only in fire pit at camp) No cutting of any trees - Burn only wood on the ground. Breaking a current Alabama Hunting and Freshwater Laws/Regulations will result in the Alabama Game Warden being notified. Red Road Outdoors LLC reserve the right to make a new rule at any time and enforce it. Camphouse Check IN time is 2pm Check OUT time is 10am Cleaning of camp on departure Wipe off/out all counter tops and sinks. Clean bathroom sink/toilet/shower Sweep camp floors If you use game cleaning area remove ALL guts and wash ALL blood away. Take your trash with you ~ We do not have trash pickup. YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIMARY CONCERN - WE EXPECT YOU TO FOLLOW SAFE HUNTING PROCEDURES AT ALL TIMES AND REQUIRE THAT YOU OBSERVE AND OBEY ALL STATE HUNTING REGULATIONS WHILE HUNTING WITH US. FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF YOUR HUNTING COMPANIONS, YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY HUNTING OR SHOOTING ACTIVITIES FOR THE BALANCE OF THE DAY AFTER ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION OR ANY DRUG USE RESULTING IN IMPAIRMENT. RELEASE OF LIABILITY* This field is required.Red Road Outdoors LLC, Vredenburgh, Alabama Check In Time 2pm - Check Out Time 10am RELEASE OF LIABILITY ~ READ CAREFULLY ~ THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS In exchange for participation in the activity of organized by, Red Road Outdoors LLC and/or use of the property, facilities and services of Red Road Outdoors LLC; I agree for myself and minors in my party to the following: 1. LICENSES - I have a current Hunting, Baiting Privilege and a Nighttime Hunting License. 2. AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS - I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by Red Road Outdoors LLC, or the employees, representatives or guides of Red Road Outdoors LLC. 3. ASSUMPTION OF THE RISKS AND RELEASE - I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above-described activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members, and further release and discharge for injury, loss or damage arising out of my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of Red Road Outdoors LLC, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, or other third parties. 4. INDEMNIFICATION - I agree to indemnify and defend against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of Red Road Outdoors LLC. 5. FEES - I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of Red Road Outdoors LLC caused by any negligent, reckless, or willful actions by me or my family. 6. APPLICABLE LAW - Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under law. 7. NO DURESS - I agree and acknowledge that I am under no pressure or duress to sign this Agreement and that I have been given a reasonable opportunity to review it before signing. I further agree and acknowledge that I am free to have my own legal counsel review this Agreement if I so desire. 8. ARM'S LENGTH AGREEMENT - This Agreement and each of its terms are the product of an arm's length negotiation between the Parties. In the event any ambiguity is found to exist in the interpretation of this Agreement, or any of its provisions, the Parties, and each of them, explicitly reject the application of any legal or equitable rule of interpretation which would lead to a construction either "for" or "against" a particular party based upon their status as the drafter of a specific term, language, or provision giving rise to such ambiguity. 9. ENFORCEABILITY - The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement, whether standing alone or as applied to a particular occurrence or circumstance, shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement or of any other applications of such provision, as the case may be, and such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed not to be a part of this Agreement. 10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION - The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement through friendly negotiations amongst the parties. If the matter is not resolved by negotiation, the parties will resolve the dispute using the below Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure. Any controversies or disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be submitted to mediation in accordance with any statutory rules of mediation. If mediation does not successfully resolve the dispute, then the parties may proceed to seek an alternative form of resolution in accordance with any other rights and remedies afforded to them by law. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY By my signature affixed below I certify I am fully aware of the hazards involved in the sport of hunting and understand the necessary actions to assure hunter safety. I am also aware of the hazards associated with a farm and/or ranching operation. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the sport of hunting conducted by the Red Road Outdoors LLC, I am willing to assume these hazards and do recognize they can be dangerous to both life and limb. In full recognition of such, I hereby release, waive and discharge Red Road Outdoors LLC, its owners, employees, or people with whom they may contract for services, including all landowners (Releasees), from all liability to the undersigned, my spouse, legal representatives, heirs and assigns, for any and all loss, claim or damages resulting therefrom, on account of injury to me or my property, even injury resulting in death, while participating in the sport of hunting and shooting. This release and waiver are complete as it is my intent to hold harmless and indemnify Releasees for any injury that might result while I am involved in the sport of hunting conducted by Red Road Outdoors LLC or while on its premises. The undersigned assumes full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, death or property damage due to the actions or inactions of Releasees. The undersigned agrees this release, waiver and indemnification. agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state of Alabama.
