Cancellations
After acceptance into the Summer Session, you may cancel through May 12th. No refund will be given to a student who withdraws after this date.
Attendance
Roll is taken each day and regular attendance is mandatory to maintain skill. Students rely on each other for continuity, especially where team-building and scene work are involved. If your child cannot attend a particular day and it is not noted as a conflict on your audition form, you must inform us at least 7 days in advance by emailing sltacademy@gmail.com.
Tardiness
Be on time. Doors will be locked 15 minutes after our scheduled start time to ensure student safety. Arriving late causes disruption, and the student will miss essential exercises vital to progress. Allow enough time to change clothing before rehearsal if necessary. Remember, if you are 10 minutes early, you are on time. If you are on time, you are late. If you are late, it is unacceptable! Failure to pick up a child within 10 minutes of the conclusion of the day will result in a fee of $1.00 per minute past the 5-minute period.
