"Better Behavior for Both Ends of the Leash"

Class meets 1 hour weekly for 8 consecutive weeks.

Each class limited to 3-4 dogs to allow plenty of 1-on-1 Teaching & Coaching. That's always been our MO, great that is also meets social distancing requirement.

Current Tuition ($350 paid in full, or payment plan of 3 x $125) includes 24/7 access to SD Online Classroom* for additional support, reading & tutorial videos; access to SD private learning group, and unlimited access to me by text/email/phone between our weekly class sessions.

TRAINING AGREEMENT & REFUND POLICY

No Refunds or Transfers on/after DEC 28, 2020

EDUCATION & PROGESS: The present Class is limited to no more than 4 dogs so that personal attention may be given to each human-canine Team. Trainer will make every reasonable effort to help Student learn and achieve goals but makes no guarantee of Dog’s performance or behavior as a result of Student's enrollment in this Class. Student understands that he/she and members of the household must follow Trainer’s instructions without modification, work with dog daily as recommended, and consistently reinforce training being given to Dog.

REMOVAL FROM TRAINING: Trainer may refuse entry to any dog which is not healthy, exhibits aggressive behavior, and/or is otherwise unsuitable at present time for training in a small group setting. Any remaining class sessions will be transferred to their tuition value in private lessons to be held at SMART DOGS, availability determined by Trainer’s schedule.

CLEANLINESS: Student is responsible for the disposal of their dog’s excrement into proper dog-waste bag and trash bin. This applies to the interior of the Training Building and the grounds of the Training Center.

LIABILITY: Student agrees to indemnify and hold SMART DOGS Dog Training and Trainer harmless from all liability for any loss, damage or injury to persons, animals or property arising from or related to Student’s dog. Student agrees that Trainer shall not be liable for loss or damage to animal for any reason unless said loss or damage was a direct result of Trainer’s gross negligence.
