If any of your entries are for the RDT Summer event, please indicate which entry and which RDT level: RDT, RDT-EX, or RDT-EXT.
Examples, Pearl's Ping Pong L1T entry is for RDT. Starry's Threes L2P entry is for RDT-EX.
If any of your entries are from a Trifecta Team (2 of your dogs/animals each of whom has earned an RDT title), please provide the name of your Team (or team members).
