  • 1. Acknowledgment of Risk I understand that participating in the S.M.B. Gold Fitness 6 Weeks to Gold Boot Camp involves physical activity and inherent risks, including injury, illness, and death. I voluntarily choose to participate knowing these risks.

    2. Medical Statement I certify that I am physically able to participate, I have consulted my physician if necessary, and I will notify Coach Nick of any medical condition, injury, illness, pregnancy, or limitation before participating.

    3. Assumption of Risk I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in any S.M.B. Gold Fitness workout, class, challenge, competition, or event and accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur.

    4. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless S.M.B. Gold Fitness, Coach Nick Parker, and related parties from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from my participation, except where prohibited by applicable law.

    5. Emergency Medical Care If I become injured or experience a medical emergency, I authorize S.M.B. Gold Fitness to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I understand I am responsible for all medical expenses.

    6. Personal Responsibility I agree to exercise within my own limits, inform the coach if I feel pain, dizziness, or illness, follow all safety instructions, and respect other participants.

    7. Refund Policy Registration fees are non-refundable except as required by law or if the event is canceled by S.M.B. Gold Fitness. Missing workouts does not entitle me to a refund. I may not transfer my registration without written approval.

    8. Code of Conduct I agree to treat everyone respectfully, avoid abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior, follow coach instructions, and understand that unsafe or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the program without a refund.

  • S.M.B. GOLD FITNESS 6 WEEKS TO GOLD BOOT CAMP Rules & Expectations

  • Welcome to the S.M.B. Gold Fitness family! Our goal is to create a safe, motivating, and positive environment where every participant has the opportunity to succeed.

    Attendance
    The boot camp includes 24 coach-led workouts (4 workouts per week for 6 weeks).
    Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and warm up.
    Workouts begin on time.
    If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may not be allowed to participate if it is unsafe to join after the workout has started.
    Notify Coach Nick if you cannot attend.

    Be Ready
    Participants should bring:

    ✔ Athletic shoes
    ✔ Comfortable workout clothing
    ✔ Positive attitude

    Safety First
    Always:
    Exercise at your own pace.
    Stop immediately if you experience chest pain, dizziness, severe shortness of breath, or unusual pain.
    Inform Coach Nick about injuries or health concerns before class begins.
    Follow exercise demonstrations and coaching instructions.

    Respect Everyone
    S.M.B. Gold Fitness has a zero-tolerance policy for:

    Harassment
    Bullying
    Discrimination
    Profanity directed toward others
    Physical aggression
    Disruptive behavior

    Everyone deserves a positive training environment.

    Team Competitions
    Participants are expected to:
    Encourage teammates.
    Display good sportsmanship.
    Compete honestly.
    Respect officials' decisions.
    Cheating or intentionally falsifying challenge results may result in loss of points or removal from competitions.

    Phones
    Phones are welcome for:
    Tracking workouts
    Taking progress pictures
    Emergency communication
    Please avoid excessive texting or phone use during workouts.

    Photography
    Group photos and workout videos may be taken throughout the boot camp.
    Participants who declined the media release will not be intentionally featured in promotional content.

    Alcohol & Drugs
    Participants may not attend workouts while impaired by alcohol or drugs.

    Removal
    S.M.B. Gold Fitness reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior creates an unsafe or disruptive environment.

    Attendance & Cancellation Policy
    Attendance
    Consistency produces results.
    Although attendance is not mandatory, participants are strongly encouraged to attend all 24 workouts.

    Missed Workouts
    Missed workouts:
    Are not refundable.
    Will not be rescheduled unless otherwise announced.
    Do not extend the boot camp.

    Weather
    Outdoor sessions may be:
    Relocated
    Modified
    Rescheduled
    Conducted virtually (if applicable)
    Participants will be notified by text, email, or the accountability group if changes occur.

    Participant Cancellation
    Registration fees are non-refundable once the boot camp begins.
    If you must withdraw before the first scheduled workout, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

    Coach Cancellation
    If S.M.B. Gold Fitness cancels a workout due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, a make-up session may be offered.

    No-Shows
    Repeated absences without communication may result in removal from team competitions or prize eligibility.

    Transfers
    Registrations may not be transferred to another person without written approval from S.M.B. Gold Fitness.

    Nutrition Disclaimer
    S.M.B. Gold Fitness provides general nutrition education designed to support healthy lifestyle habits and fitness goals.
    Nutrition information provided during the 6 Weeks to Gold Boot Camp is intended for educational purposes only.

    Participants understand that:

    S.M.B. Gold Fitness does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

    Participants with diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, pregnancy, eating disorders, or other medical conditions should consult their physician before making significant dietary changes.
