Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions (SMFC) is a non-profit, multi-service agency serving children, youth, and families across the District of Muskoka and Simcoe County.

We provide Child Welfare services in Simcoe and Muskoka, and the following services in Muskoka: Child and Youth Mental Health Services, Coordinated Service Planning, and the Youth Justice Program.

As we look ahead, we’re inviting you to take part in a short survey to help us understand how we’re doing, where we’re headed, and how we can better serve children, youth and families in our communities.

Your feedback is incredibly valuable and will directly shape our new Strategic Plan and the future of our programs and services.
