Welcome to Corn Moon Medicine Dogs!
Thank you for your interest in sharing your life with a Native American Indian Dog.
At Corn Moon Medicine Dogs, our goal is not simply to place puppies. We are committed to preserving a rare breed, protecting the long-term health and well-being of every dog we produce, and building lasting relationships with families who share our values.
Because of this, our application process is intentionally thorough. The questions that follow help us understand your lifestyle, goals, experience, and philosophy of care so that we can determine whether a Native American Indian Dog is the right fit for your family and, if so, which puppy may be the best match.
There are no perfect answers. We are not looking for perfection or prior expertise in every area of dog ownership. We value honesty, thoughtfulness, and a willingness to learn. Detailed responses help us understand your needs and allow us to provide the highest level of support throughout your dog's life.
Please note that Corn Moon Medicine Dogs follows a natural rearing philosophy that includes species-appropriate nutrition, delayed spay/neuter, individualized vaccination decisions, and a holistic approach to canine health whenever possible. Some of these topics may differ from mainstream recommendations. We encourage applicants to keep an open mind and use this application as an opportunity to learn more about our program and determine whether it aligns with their own goals and values.
We appreciate the time and effort required to complete this application and look forward to getting to know you.
