Event Organiser: St Mary’s Syro‑Malabar Mission Church, Wellington (“we”, “our”, “the organiser”)
1. Registration & Entry Conditions
This is a fundraising event and entry to the event is limited to registered and fully paid participants only.
Registration is confirmed only after payment is completed and a payment screenshot is uploaded in the registration form.
QR‑code tickets will be emailed to the registered email address once payment is verified.
QR‑code tickets must be presented at the entrance to access the Sadhya and all indoor programs.
Ticket pricing:
Adults (13+): NZD 25
Children (5–12): NZD 15
Children under 5: Free, but registration is still required
Tickets are non‑transferable and valid only for the registered individual or family.
As this is an alcohol‑free gathering, we kindly ask everyone to help maintain a respectful and safe environment. Anyone who is visibly intoxicated may be politely requested to leave the premises.
2. Payment options
2a. Bank Transfer
You can find the bank details on this form which don't have any addiotional charges. So, you have to transfer the amount and upload the screenshot before submission.Â
2b. Online Payment
If you choose online payment option, then we are using Stripe as our payment partner. So, there will be a transaction fees which is applicable only on online and its 2.65% + $0.30 NZDÂ will be charged from your account additionally.Â
Important: If you accidentally submit the form multiple times using different payment options, you will not receive a confirmation email. Instead, you will receive a duplicate submission notification.
Please note that online payments may still be processed successfully, as payment verification and form submissions are not monitored in real time. If you believe you have made multiple payments or have been charged more than once, please contact us as soon as possible so we can verify your payments and arrange a refund if applicable.
3. Event Access & Activities
Registered participants will have access to:
Onam Sadhya- Start from 11.30 AM.
Indoor cultural programs
Vadam Vali (Tug of War) competition
Only ward‑based teams from St Mary’s Syro‑Malabar Mission Church may participate in the Vadam Vali (Tug of War) competition.
All ward members who participate in the Vadam Vali (Tug of War) need to submit a separate health and safety form before the event.
The organiser reserves the right to:
Modify the program schedule
Limit entry to specific areas for safety reasons
Refuse entry to anyone without a valid QR‑code ticket
4. Behaviour & Safety
All attendees must behave respectfully and follow instructions from event volunteers and coordinators.
Children must remain under the supervision of parents/guardians at all times.
Dangerous, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the venue.
This is a volunteer event and the organiser is not responsible for:
Loss or damage to personal belongings including vehicles.
Personal injuries resulting from negligence or failure to follow instructions
5. Photography & Videography Consent
By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed or recorded.
Photos and videos may be used for:
Church newsletters
Social media
Event promotions
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the registration desk on arrival.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Refunds may be considered upon request, subject to organiser approval.
Duplicate payment or technical error during registration
Event cancellation by the organiser
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind
Failure to attend the event
Late arrival or inability to present the QR‑code ticket
2. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
3. Event Cancellation or Changes
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled:
Registered participants will be notified via email
Refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided as appropriate
