Please upload high-resolution images of your vehicle here. Multiple images are encouraged.Here are some tips that will help us in our decisions: 1. Submit images where the license plate is not blocked out already or with the license plate off. We will blur the plate out on our side when putting the calendar together. 2. Make sure there is plenty of padding on all sides of the vehicle. If the image has part of the car cut off, it does not look good on the calendar. 3. The more interesting the background is, the better! We try to avoid images of vehicles in driveways. 4. The larger the image, the better! Images should be at least 3300 by 2400 pixels.

BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, OWNER HAS AGREED TO THESE PHOTO SUBMISSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

In consideration of my engagement in the 2026 Smyth Customer Car Calendar, and for other good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged as received, I hereby grant to Smyth Auto Parts, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns those for whom the photographer is acting, and those acting with their authority and permission, the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to take, use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic portraits or pictures of my car that is submitted or in which the car may be included, in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations, in conjunction with my own or fictitious name, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise, made through any medium at his studio or elsewhere, and in any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, promotion, art, editorial advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever. I also consent to the use of any published matter in conjunction therewith.

I understand that, according to Federal Law, even without a signed release, the copyright and all other lawful rights to the photos belong exclusively to Smyth Auto Parts and his/her assigns.

I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.

I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Smyth Auto Parts, the photographer, his heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, and all persons acting under their permission or authority or those for whom he/she is acting, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel, slander, or violation of any right of publicity or privacy.

I confirm that all poses, positions and situations presented in the photos were entered into willingly, without force or coercion. I hereby warrant that I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above authorization, release, and or agreement, prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
